Mo was in my attic evaluating it within 15 minutes of when I first called - he got here faster than I got to the hospital when my wife was in labor.  It's partially luck that he was nearby, but for them to realize that my address was nearby and jump on that opportunity tells you exactly how coordinated, flexible, and committed to good service they are.
